With a custom design experience, I will guide you through each step of the creative process to create an invitation suite that will provide an impressive first glimpse into your wedding celebration. This can be continued into your day-of stationery to retain a cohesive and polished aesthetic and style with all your paper details.

The custom design experience with Danielle Seals Events begins at $2000. On average, my couples tend to spend between $2900 – $6500.
Custom Design Process
No. 1 Submit the custom wedding stationery form to schedule a complimentary Zoom consultation.
No. 2 You will receive my custom stationery PDF guide via email.
No. 3 Prior to the Zoom call, send me your Pinterest inspiration board, show me fabric swatches, and anything else that inspires and speaks to you.
No. 4 On the scheduled day, we’ll chat about your wedding aesthetic and any ideas you have about your stationery including quantity and number of pieces in the suite. This is an opportunity for us to talk and get acquainted, tell me about you and your fiancé, your interests, etc. It is incredible the ideas that stem from your love story!
No. 5 I will prepare and send you a customized proposal based on the information you’ve provided me within one week.
No. 6 If you approve the proposal, a contract will be sent. A 50% non-refundable retainer is due when the contract is signed.
No. 7 Now the fun begins! Using the ideas and inspiration you’ve provided, I will come up with a mood board and preliminary sketches. We narrow down a general idea from this, and I then begin to work on the design. Once complete, I will present to you for your thoughts and feedback. Up to 3 rounds of revisions are included in the price quote. Additional revisions beyond this will be billed according to my per hour design rate.
No. 8 The design is finalized and you provide written approval to print. At this time, the remainder of the payment will be due and the suite is sent to print.
No. 9 We assemble your suite and depending on finishing touches selected, will stamp your envelopes as well. At this time, we will schedule pick-up, if local or arrange for shipping.
*This process can take anywhere from 8-12 weeks, typically, depending upon availability and season, and how quickly feedback and approvals are given, etc. Keep in mind that specialty printing (e.g., letterpress, foil stamping) may require additional time.
No. 10 Your invitations are received in your guests’ mailboxes to ecstatic raves and reviews. Now is the time we continue the design process to include the day-of stationery and details that will continue the aesthetic and style of your invitation suite, marrying the stationery of your wedding with your décor.
